Absolutely – as standard, all new scooters come with a 12 month warranty. A warranty of 6 months is provided for reconditioned scooters.

Delivery is completely free on all our products and our savvy team operate throughout the UK. On arrival, one of our experts will ensure safe delivery and handover of your wacky scooter. They will also provide you with a complete introduction and tutorial to ensure you’re ready to rock ‘n’ roll! For more information please see the Delivery Policy.

We highly recommend scooters are serviced on an annual basis. All you need to do is call or message the team and we will be happy to arrange your service appointment to ensure you stay mobile!
There’s no need to worry – all scooters can be insured with a breakdown service to ensure you get back on track as soon as possible.
Of course! All scooters sold by us leave the workshop with brand new batteries.
There’s no need to even think about this! Current regulations mean you don’t have to have a license – however it may be necessary to register your mobility scooter. For more information, read the Government regulations.
The UK government doesn’t currently allow scooters travelling above 8 mph on public highways. Superfast speeds are only for use off-road or on private land, unfortunately. Sorry for being boring; we’d go 100 mph if we could! If you choose you to purchase the Superfast Upgrade Package you will be asked to sign a disclaimer on delivery to ensure you understand the legalities.
